Adding a booking on Yupeto is quick and easy. In this guide, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of adding a booking for your pet service. Let's get started!
Step 1: Navigate to the Bookings Section
From the left-hand menu, press on the "Wallchart" or "Bookings" section.
Step 2: Initiate the Booking
In the top right corner of the screen, locate and press on the button with a plus icon.
Step 3: Choose the Service
In the add booking dialog, select the service for which you want to create a booking.
Step 4: Select your Date(s) and Slot(s)
Depending on your service settings, you'll need to make the appropriate selection.
- For 'single' service bookings: Choose the date of the booking, followed by the slot and pricing.
- For 'multiple' service bookings: Select each day with the slot and pricing for each one.
- For 'period' service bookings: Select the slot and pricing, and then choose the dates from and to that you wish to book.
Once you have selected your date(s) and slot(s), press on the "Next" button.
Step 5: Enter Customer Details
- On the next screen, provide the customer's name.
- Optionally, enter their phone number and email address.
- Press on the "Next" button.
Step 6: Add your Pet(s)
- On the following screen, press on "Add Pet" to add the specified number of pets for the booking.
- For each pet, provide the animal type (e.g. dog), breed/species (e.g. Labrador), and their name.
- Repeat this process for all the required pets.
- Press on the "Next" button.
Step 7: Review and Confirm
- On the summary screen, review the booking details to ensure everything is accurate.
- If you have a 'multiple' service booking with multiple pets, you can arrange which pets go in which slot on the confirmation screen before confirming the booking.
- Once you're satisfied, press on the "Confirm Booking" button.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a booking on Yupeto.
