You can pay using any debit or credit card and all payments are processed once a month. Payments are made using Stripe and we will email you confirmation and receipt when payment is received.
No, your plan runs month to month and you can cancel anytime without penalty or notice.
You will receive an email to let you know and bookings will be paused until the following month.
If you're on a free plan and your bookings are paused because your have reached 15 bookings, upgrading to the paid plan will instantly allow you to take bookings again.
No refunds are issued when you cancel your plan, your current plan will end at the end of that paid month at which time your account will be switched to a free plan.
